Breakfast Club: Information

Breakfast Club is open from 7.45 am each day, and is located in the Junior School Hall which can be accessed through the door to the left of the reception doors.  A breakfast of cereal, toast/jam/butter, (when available, pancakes or waffles) plus apple or orange juice is offered each morning until 8:15 am.  

Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.  Payment is required in advance of your child attending the session.  Please pay cash or cheque via the school office.  Cheques should be made payable to Hampshire County Council.   We also use Scopay as our online payment system and you will be provided with a code for the initial setup.

If your child is unable to attend the club, we will refund the cost of the session booked as long as you notify us before 7:45 am on the day of the booking. To cancel please call or email the junior school.

You will still be charged if a place is booked and you do not cancel the booking.

Breakfast Club: Bookings Available on Scopay

I am very pleased to advise that we now have the facility for you to manage your bookings for the Breakfast Club Via Scopay.  Once logged into Scopay you will now see an 'Order Sessions' option under the breakfast club heading. 

This will allow you to book or cancel future sessions for the school year.  Just click on the day required and select the option 'attending', then ok.  This will book a place for your child. 

To cancel, select the day and then choose 'no option' which will remove the booking and refund your account.

If the session is full please contact the office and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will not be able to make bookings or cancellations for the next day and you will still need to contact the office to make amendments if they are within 24 hours of the session.

Please note that the online booking system is for standard bookings only, i.e. those charged at £4.00.  This does not include any concession bookings that will still need to be approved via the office.

Payments for the breakfast club can still be made in the same way, either online via Scopay, transfers from Government Schemes, or cash/cheque via the school office.  We ask that all sessions be paid for in advance and we will continue to send out reminders for any payments outstanding 1 week in advance, on Fridays.

If you have not registered for Scopay please contact the office and we will send your Scopay registration letter and link code.

We will still accept bookings via the junior school office if you prefer not to use the online facility.  Please note that all bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
