SEND and Inclusion
If you have any concerns regarding support in school, your child’s progress or well-being, then please speak to either your child’s class teacher or Mr Tom Chappell (SENDCo) to discuss your concerns.
To learn more about how we support children with additional needs, please see the relevant sections below.
Free F.A.C.E. Family Advice Online Sessions
We are delighted to share that we have bought the families of NMIS and NMJS access to FACE Family Advice , a series of online expert-led sessions designed to support parents, carers, children and families.
All parents and carers of children currently attending either New Milton Infant School or New Milton Junior School, will have FREE access to any talk over the next 12 months.
FACE offers parents practical advice, information and support, across a wide range of topics, including: raising self-esteem, supporting neurodiverse children, understanding anger, supporting healthy sleep, anxiety-based school avoidance, facing defiance, supporting healthy screen use and many more.
An email was sent to all parents on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 - please contact Mr Chappell for further information.
This code grants all NMIS and NMJS parents and carers unlimited access to all FACE Parent Talks (usually £24 each) for the next 12 months.
The talks are on a four-weekly rotation and alternate between morning sessions (10:00-11:30) and evening sessions (19:00-20:30).
We hope that you will find this a useful and informative resource.
