FREE F.A.C.E. Family Advice
We are delighted to share that we have bought the families and teaching staff of NMIS and NMJS access to FACE Family Advice , a series of online expert-led sessions designed to support parents, carers, children and families.
With the code shared, all parents, carers and teaching staff of children currently attending either New Milton Infant School or New Milton Junior School, will have FREE access to any talk over the next 12 months.
FACE offers parents, carers, and teaching staff practical advice, information and support, across a wide range of topics, including: raising self-esteem, supporting neurodiverse children, understanding anger, supporting healthy sleep, anxiety-based school avoidance, facing defiance, supporting healthy screen use and many more.
The New Milton Discount Code was shared with parents in an email in December 2025. Please contact Mr Chappell for further information.
This code grants all NMIS and NMJS parents and carers unlimited access to all FACE Parent Talks (usually £24 each) for the next 12 months.
The talks are on a four-weekly rotation and alternate between morning sessions (10:00-11:30) and evening sessions (19:00-20:30).
Below are the FACE Family Advice timetables for January and February 2026.
Links to recordings of the talks are available for 48 hours after the live session. If you cannot make a live session, book on and then email to request the recording link.
How to Use the Code:
Visit the PARENTS – Live Talks page of the FACE website www.facefamilyadvice.co.uk to view the 16 regular talks for parents.
Choose a topic and click through the booking calendar to find a date and time that suits you.
At the payment stage of booking, enter the code where it says ADD PROMO CODE. This will reduce the price from £24 to £0.
You will then receive an email from info@facefamilyadvice.co.uk to confirm your booking.
We hope that you will find this a useful and informative resource.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Mr Tom Chappell and Mrs Rachel Pilley

Additional Information:
- All talks are held on the online videoconferencing platform Zoom, which will require users to have an account (free). See your App Store.
- Zoom can be used on a smart device (mobile phone, tablet) or PC/laptop.
- You may want to check that your chosen device can run the Zoom app efficiently before attending the talk. Checking your username that is shared with other users, is also advised.
- Users will be asked to turn cameras/videos and microphones off during the talks and no visual or audio interaction offered. There may be opportunities to respond to a question on the ‘chat’ bar, when prompted by the presenter, but generally, the presenter and slides will progress through at a pace you will be able to listen to and make notes from, if required.
- The talks will also be attended by parents and carers from other, often, local schools. In my experience of attending these talks, the session is most effective when the presenter is uninterrupted and not distracted by an endless roll of chat comments. Attendees will have an opportunity to email the presenter (Jane) for further advice and support, after the talk.
- Each live talk will be accessible to re-watch for 48 hours after, if you wish to re-visit and progress at your own pace.
- If you would like any technology support or have any questions about the sessions, then please make contact with either Mr Chappell (NMJS) or Mrs Pilley (NMIS).
Important:
- Please avoid booking the FREE sessions for parents, as these are for parents from schools that have not purchased the discount code. They are shortened versions of the regular talks which you now have free access to.
- The code can only be used for the regular £24 each Parent Talks and cannot be used on any other FACE service.
- The code cannot be shared with parents from different schools. Improper use of the code can result in immediate code cancellation for the whole school.
