Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme
Dear Parents / Carers
Hampshire County Council is now inviting eligible families to sign up to fully funded school holiday activities over the upcoming winter holidays, as part of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) scheme. The HAF programme funds healthy food and enriching activities in the school holidays to children who receive income-based free school meals.
For this winter, all children who have applied for, and are in receipt of, benefit-related free school meals (FSM) need to register with the council. (Please note this is different to Universal Infant FSM offered to all Year R to Year 2 pupils.) By registering you will receive a unique HAF booking code that can be used to book places with any of our activity providers.
To register use the following link: Registration form: 2024 Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme
If you have already received a HAF booking code, you do not need to re-register. Simply use your existing unique code to book directly with a provider.
We know that demand will be high, so if provision is booked up at a given venue, we would encourage you to check other local alternatives. You can leave your details on the provider’s waiting list, as there are often cancellations.
